I miss snow. Like a lot. I grew up in the Cincinnati area and lived in Ohio for the better part of 32 years. And there was always snow. And sledding. And steamy hot chocolate to drink afterwards. I remember sledding down my Grandpa's hill on Shepherd Road and going so fast that we shot across the street and landed in the neighbor's ditch. It makes me sad that my kids are missing that. Heck that I'm missing that! Today's $2.50 pattern is Katara - named after a character that is from the North Pole. I think next year I'm planning my vacation to include snow. No matter what.
Today's coupon code is snow. And I'm sharing one of my favorite songs from when I was a teenager. Although I must admit the part about "there won't be snow in Africa this Christmastime" always threw me for a loop. Being overly logical, I had to wonder is there ever snow in Africa? But it has Simon LeBon in it, so I'll try to overlook it.
